Package lost in transit

All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong address

If the provided address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be sent back to me. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Nail set returns

Once purchased, a nail set cannot be exchanged or returned. If the sizing is incorrect based on customer sizing (via measurement or size kit), the customer is responsible for ordering another set to correct the sizing error.

Collection of information you provide to us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, participate in any interactive features of the Services, subscribe to a newsletter or email list, participate in an event, survey, contest or promotion, make a purchase, communicate with us via third-party social media sites, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.
